I loved them, but I put a lot of miles on them. I am running longer distances and the Wave 4 give more support. They are a little more narrow through the width than the wave 2, but form to your foot nicely. They are true to size for me. You know they are a great shoe when you have an existing blister and putting on the shoes make it feel better! They are really light also, which makes a big difference. The colors are loud, but the picture is a pretty accurate portrayal of what they look like when they come out of the box. I would recommend Mizuno running to anyone.
